In September 2022, InStyle designers were assigned to dress the last remaining unit in the building, with an aim to sell it. Swiftly responding to the instruction, the final touches were in place by October, creating an inviting, cosy living space for potential buyers. In December, this unit found its new owners and stood out as a testament to another one of InStyle Direct’s furnishing expertise. Mount Anvil offered furniture within the apartment as a developer’s incentive, emphasising the impact that thoughtfully designed interiors can have on sales.
