Along with higher budget showhomes, InStyle Direct exclusively fully furnished Vastint’s second phase ‘Soapbox’ units to push to the rental quickly and for the full asking price.
The same clean colours that were used in the show home follow in the rental units but with some savings made with the reduction of add-on packs to ensure expenditure was accurately allocated.
Thoughtful design can be noted across the rental furnishings throughout the scheme.
Vastint wanted to ensure that the strong Soapbox branding was embodied in the interiors. A tailored furniture package, therefore, enabled a bespoke approach while ensuring efficiency.
The combination of show homes and fully furnished rental units proved a lucrative sales tool which led to a waiting list for tenancies.
