Greenwich Square, Mace
InStyle Direct worked on a vital, multi-scale project in Greenwich Square’s newest collection of new builds in The Courtyard. Three apartments were transformed into inside-outside show homes to generate interest among investors, landlords and tenants. Special emphasis was placed on enhancing the apartments’ outside balconies which overlook a stunningly attractive series of central green spaces, pivotal to the development.
All three apartments have generously proportioned balconies that serve either as living room extensions, entertaining spaces and viewing platforms, so the team wanted to make sure they created outside spaces to facilitate all possible functions. The balcony areas were roomy enough to accommodate further embellishments.
The balcony layouts were also of particular importance as they could also clearly be seen from both inside of the property through the full-height windows, so to help the interior and exterior furniture need to flow, the bespoke window dressings were intentionally minimal.
The White Diamond furnishing pack was chosen by interior designer, Severina for its harmony with the surrounding greenery and neutral base which the team could build and expand.
The team was allocated a 4-5 week slot to complete the 2 and 3-bedroom units, which meant a lot of space had to be covered in a short window but, as always, completed the project to an impeccable standard with time to spare.
I opted for soft furnishings that provided an earthy, yet still vibrant contrast, using well-coordinated splashes of green, brown and blue. Further colour pops came in the form of ergonomically shaped side tables and tableware.
