London Square Watford sought the interior design expertise of Emma Silburn, for another project at The Trafalgar. With Emma at the helm, both interior designer and project manager, this new-build two-bed unit embraced the goal of being impeccably dressed to sell.
The client’s vision was brought to life through a thoughtfully chosen colour palette to infuse a soft autumnal scheme into the apartment. Soft taupes, elegant teals and deep burgundy tones were integrated, creating a warm ambience suited for the approaching cooler seasons. Emma’s strategic approach ensured that the interiors and furnishings appealed directly to the target audience by incorporating contemporary furnishings with a mix of elegant accessories.

The project meticulously utilised resources to adhere to budget constraints, opting for paint over wallpaper and refraining from curtains and voiles. Additionally, items were thoughtfully sourced from existing stock, efficiently managing costs without compromising style.
A notable aspect that sets this project apart is the enduring partnership between InStyle Direct and London Square. Having previously collaborated on projects involving furniture packs and decoration, this collaboration is indicative of London Square’s trust and confidence in InStyle Direct..
Their consistent engagement in 2023/2024 to dress numerous developments in and around London is a testament to the successful synergy between the two, marking a milestone in the journey of design and elegance.
‘’ An incorporation of soft taupes complimented by elegant teals and deep burgundy provides a homely touch ready for the cooler seasons. ‘’

Commissioned by Mount Anvil’s CEO for his niece and nephew, InStyle Direct’s experienced Interior Designer, Emma Silburn, showcased remarkable skill and expertise in bringing the vision for The Bouchon project to life. The client’s brief was clear — a relaxing and opulent abode for his family.
The services provided, including Tailored Package with artwork, mirrors, accessories, plants, rug, painting, decorating and interior design, met the client’s brief thoroughly and ensured the project was completed as desired by the start of September.
Emma and Sales Manager James McNeill curated a soothing colour scheme — merging elegant blues and dark greys with warm textures and abstract wallpapers. The amalgamation of contemporary and classic furnishings for the two-bedroom 850 sq. ft apartment reflected the essence of East London, ensuring an appeal to the target audience.
Working without a predefined budget allowed the team creative freedom in selecting furniture and accessories.
Amidst challenges, like dealing with a damaged chest of drawers just before installation, InStyle Direct displayed adeptness in problem-solving, ensuring the project stayed on track.

Emma Silburn, InStyle Direct’s Interior Designer and Project Manager, furnished a two-bed marketing suite with a tailored furniture package in London Square Croydon.
Per the client’s brief, she successfully transformed the unit’s winter garden into a permanent study space with underfloor heating and plug sockets. She cleverly met the challenge of incorporating work-from-home dynamics with contemporary aesthetics. In a versatile move, Emma seamlessly integrated pet-friendly features, including a strategically placed dog bed.
With a budget-conscious strategy, Emma chose artwork, mirrors, accessories, plants and rugs from InStyle’s Diamond and Gold stock. Her adaptability further ensured smooth furnishing installations, coordinated with flawless styling.

She picked deep shades for the unit with crisp whites and gentle greens, mirroring the tranquillity of nature. A merlot accent chair and artwork added a vibrant touch. It was exciting for the team to design a scheme for something different from a bedroom or lounge.
“I wanted to create a space where the prospective tenants could see themselves sitting with a glass of wine in the evening on the statement easy chair or working from home with their 4-legged friend by their side – watching the world go by outside.”

Interior Designer, InStyle Direct
