They were patient when we wanted to change things, willing to provide the right advice and so many options. They also went up and beyond what was requirements by willing to help me move some other personal items I didn't order through them. We stayed within budget and I never at any stage felt subjected to a 'hard sell'. In short, I cannot recommend Instyle too highly. They are great to work with. All communication has been clear and any bumps in the road were quickly rectified without fuss.
